ISB commenced business in 1993 and it distributes MDF, particleboard, plywood and other wood panel products to furniture manufacturers, building contractors, wood panel and building material wholesalers which are located in the central and northern parts of Peninsular Malaysia. These areas are serviced by the 5 branches located in Kuala Lumpur, Butterworth, Kota Bahru, Ipoh and Terengganu.

With a wide customer base and an extensive business network across Malaysia, ISB has successfully become a distributor of Dongwha Fibreboard Sdn Bhd, a well-known MDF manufacturer in Malaysia.

KGISB commenced business in 2005 with its operation office in Kuching. The company is involved in the distribution of wood panel products and building materials. Further in 2014, Company has set up a new branch in Sibu in order for Company to expand market in Sarawak.  KGISB is now helmed by a reputable and experienced local director who has been involved in the industry for more than 20 years in Sarawak. Coupled with the strength of DEB, KGISB can leverage on the advantages offered by DEB and is set to become a major player to be reckoned with in East Malaysia.

CTSB commenced business in 1993 and is principally engaged in the distribution of MDF, particleboard, plywood and other wood panel products. The Company has three branches located in Johor Bahru, Muar and Kuantan to service customers located in the southern part of Peninsular Malaysia.

Due to its wide customer base, the Company has also been appointed as distributors for Evergreen Fibreboard Berhad (a well-known MDF manufacturer in Malaysia) and Heveaboard Berhad (a local particleboard manufacturer). These distributorships have served as a springboard for the Company to continue increasing its local market share.

JSB commenced business in 2001. Initially, the Company was engaged in the distribution of special printed plywood to the local furniture manufacturers, wood panel and building material wholesalers. From this customer base, JSB has successfully expanded its business to cover other building materials such as cements, cover slabs, steel bars, tiles and roofing materials.

The business station of JSB is located in Kuala Lumpur but markets its products to the whole of Malaysia. JSB has also obtained the distributorships from reputable building materials suppliers, such as Lafarge Roofing System Sdn Bhd (roofing materials) and Southern Steel Berhad (steel bars). The Company's sources of supply are well diversified and this assures the continuous supply of materials to the Company and its customers.

In early 2005, to better service customers in the northern region of Malaysia, the Company has set up a new operation office in Butterworth.

GPPL was incorporated in Australia in 2005. GPPL is principally involved in the importation and distribution of wood panel products such as plywood, MDF, particleboard and within Australia. Wood panel products are obtained from countries such as such as Malaysia, Indonesia and China. Currently, its office is located in Melbourne with warehoused products in all the major cities of Australia such as Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide to better service our clients.

FWTCL was incorporated in Thailand in 2013 and its office is located in Bangkok. FWTCL is principally involved in the importation and distribution of wood panel products such as plywood, MDF and particleboard within Thailand. Currently, the wood panel products are obtained from Malaysia, China and Vietnam.
